Description

The upturn in the housing market that RCLCO identified in May of this year has continued with even greater strength through the summer, with August's total sales of new single-family homes up 43.2% year-over-year. However, while strong market demand is being driven by low interest rates, demographic shifts, and migration due to COVID-19, there are only 3.3 months of supply of new homes given the current sales pace, leading many to wonder if the market's strength is sustainable in the longer term. Join RCLCO's Gregg Logan for a video presentation exploring these trends and other factors impacting the housing market.
