I. PURPOSE OF THE REVIEW

The REview was created for:

* Busy real estate professionals to make it easy and efficient for you to search for, find, and watch videos using combinations of search terms specific to the commercial real estate ("CRE") industry.

* Producers of videos covering any topic in the CRE industry to help you get more views of your videos, by making it possible for viewers to find them easily.

* Advertisers, companies and organizations in the CRE industry, who can have their banner ads displayed or video commercials viewed by a highly-targeted audience.

II. TO WATCH VIDEOS

NOTE: You do not need to register on The REview to search for or watch videos, but you do have to register to personalize features or to post videos.

To watch any video, just click on any image for a video on The REview, this will take you to the Video Viewing Page. All you have to do here is click on the play button on the video and the video you selected, or a commercial before that video, will begin playing.

Features of the Video Viewing Page

Viewing Screen: Has the video controls you are accustomed to using to watch videos online.

Video Added by: Informs you who the Producer of the video is and it links to their Producer Channel.

Description: Text input by the Producer that describes the video and may provide additional information.

Categories, Property Types, State, Regions, Cities: Shows you the search tags applicable for that video.

Map Button: Opens a new window with a Google Map for a location related to the video.

More Info Button: Links to a webpage related to the video.

Back To Search Button: Takes you back to your most recent search results. It is located above the Viewing Screen.

Views: Shows the number of times the video has been viewed on The REview.

Suggested Videos: Provides three more videos similar to the video being watched.

III. TO SEARCH FOR VIDEOS

Go to The Video Search Page by clicking on the SEARCH Button.

On the Video Search Page you can search for videos by clicking on the Search Button in the middle of this page. Click on the Clear Filters Button before beginning a new search.

You can create highly-targeted searches by choosing one Category (see Category List below), one Property Type and one State. After you choose a State, you can choose either one Market/County or one City/Neighborhood.

Note: you do not have to choose one from each list. For instance, you can choose just Office from Property Type and hit Search, and the Search Results will be all videos that have been tagged with Office. Another example would be searching Architecture and Multifamily without choosing a Location. The results will be videos with those search tags, regardless of Location.

IV. TO POST VIDEOS

To Post videos on The REview you need to register by creating your free Producer Account.

When you register, you will be asked to put in your email address and create a user name, which will not be shown to the public. Do not use any characters or spaces in your user name. For each user name you will then create a Producer Name. This is visible to the public so think about how you want it to appear. Tip: look at other Producer Names from the Producer drop-down list on the Search Page.

To Post videos, log in to your account, then access the menu in the upper right of the web page and click Add New Video.

Copy and paste the specific URL for your video from Vimeo or YouTube into the Add a Video field. Note: just copy the web address (URL) for that video, NOT the Share code.

Highlight the entire web address for the video at the top of your browser and paste it into the Add a New Video field.

Click the Check Link Button and if the image shown is correct, hit the Yes Button. Otherwise, you will get an error message, which means you may not have copied it correctly, so try again. Contact us if you keep having problems at this step.

Click Yes and you will go to the "Add a New Video" Page.

Add a New Video Page

Check the thumbnail in the upper right. If it is a grey box or broken image, then replace it with an image of your own by clicking on Choose File and selecting an image from your computer. This could be your logo or an image for the video.

Categories: Choose AS MANY Categories that are applicable and accurate for your video.

Property Types: Choose AS MANY Property Types as are applicable and accurate for your video.

State: Choose ONE state for your video, or ALL.

Markets/Counties and Cities/Neighborhoods: Once you choose a State you can access the Markets/Counties and Cites/Neighborhoods lists. Choose AS MANY locations from each box that are applicable and accurate for your video.

Title: Copy and paste, or type in the title of your video.

Description: Copy and paste, or type in the description of your video.

Google Map: Generate the map in Google Maps by searching for the location in Google Maps, then copy the link for the map into this field.

External URL: To add a website, copy and paste the URL from that website into this field.

Hit the Submit Button to add your video to The REview.

To Edit a Video After it is Posted

Click Submit when you are done to save your edits.

To Delete a Video

Choose the Video you want to edit, scroll below the Video and you will find a Delete Button. Click on that to Delete your Video. You will be asked to confirm your deletion.
