Description

Georgia’s Restaurant at Eastvale Gateway in Eastvale, California has become a go-to spot for locals craving delicious and comforting soul food with a Southern touch. According to restaurant co-owner Nika Shoemaker Machado, the dishes are inspired by the family recipes of Gretchen Shoemaker, Nika’s mother. The Shoemaker family’s journey began with a successful catering business led by George and Gretchen Shoemaker, Nika’s parents. After George’s passing, the family revived the business in 2014 by opening Georgia’s Restaurant in Anaheim’s Packing House. Nika and her husband, Marlon Machado, expanded the concept to the Eastvale Gateway location, bringing their Southern hospitality to the Inland Empire.
