So we're continuing to roll out 100 to 300,000 square foot light industrial projects throughout the western U.S. And our markets typically are west Texas. We are in the apartment asset class because we believe with home prices being where they are with the relocations of people from very expensive markets to other markets, we are going to see incredible rent growth and we think we can find pockets which we've not done so far.
