Fairview Plaza Construction Update, Vallejo, CA
Construction is moving full speed ahead at Fairview Plaza. The Costco warehouse envelope is nearly complete, fuel station infrastructure is installed. Shops 1 and 2 foundations are 90% complete, while framing is underway on Shops 1. Costco opens November 6, 2026, with the fuel station opening late October. The rest of the center follows in Q1 2027. Anchored by Costco, NorthBay Healthcare, Wells Fargo, and Raising Cane's, Fairview Plaza is shaping up to be a major addition to Vallejo.
