Tucked in the heart of the Playa Vista’s most desirable cul-de-sac stands the Crescent Park Apts. Collectively, the architects and designers have created a majestic experience like none other in the multifamily world, throughout Los Angeles. The project featured the renovation of 202 luxurious units with Italian cabinetry, countertops and tile throughout the kitchens and washrooms, back-lit mirrors with anti-fog sensors, tech-savvy appliances, high-end plumbing and lighting fixtures, smart-lock technology door locks, flooring, and paint. In addition, we renovated all common spaces starting with the Leasing Office, Lobby, Club-House, Library, Conference Rooms, Internet Working Space, Fitness Center, and Pool Deck.
