The article talked about this wave coming in 9 to 18 months from now, which would place it in the second quarter of 2021. And this is consistent with what other guests on the podcast have predicted, including Ethan Penner at Mosaic Real Estate Investors, for example, Greg Freedman at BH3, Willy Walker at Walker & Dunlop and others. Considering how frequently this topic is discussed on the show, I figured it was time for an update and to hear from the brokerage industry. So I called on Jay Olshonsky. Today's show is more focused on market conditions and predictions than it is on digital marketing.
